If you want to improve your fitness level, you need to get ready for competions or just simply want to have an intense and hard spin once in a while you don't need to look any further. ThinkBike.ie CC are introducing Club Training Sessions starting from next Thursday at 6 pm (the 2nd of February) and being held on every Thursday evening at the same time for the upcoming 6 weeks.
These club sessions will be based locally and we will run road and off-road sessions over the next couple of weeks.
We are planning to have short and long interval sessions mainly on the road but as the days get longer we will plan proper XC curcuit training as well.
All are welcome but please note: they will not be club / beginner spins, we recommend them only to fit
/ advanced cyclists 'cause they will be very intense indeed. We are introducing the training sessions to club members who want to improve and are committed to the sport.
