ThinBike is open 6 days per week and we are here when you need us. However, on busy weekends, we reserve the right to perform just small repairs.
On weekdays, prior to carrying out any work, our staff will undertake an assessment of your bicycle to identify the overall condition of your bike. We may contact you in order to advise of any additional work that may be required or parts that may be replaced. We will inform the costs of this work and no additional work or replacement will be undertaken without your consent.
It is our goal to fix your bike and have it in perfect conditions, ready for you, as soon as possible. However, there may be times when this is not possible. You will be informed in advance, by SMS, email or Phone Call.
We require the full payment prior to the return of your bicycle. ThinkBike reserves the right to retain your bicycle until you have paid in full.
Your bicycle must be collected within 7 days of ThinkBike notifying you that it is available. If not collected within the 7 days you might be subject to a charge.
At ThinkBike, we recommend you remove any personal items left on the bicycle. ThinkBike accepts no liability for any loss or damage to these items.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any of your statutory rights. We hope that you are happy with your bike and the customer service you were offered. If this is not the case or if you have any queries or comments relating to the service we provide, please contact us:sales@thinkbike.ie
