With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

Returns

Any items purchased online or in-store excluding Final Sale or Clearance items may be returned for a full refundor exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a Return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the Original Packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item

If your Return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Credit Card or Original method of Payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies

Shipping

It pairs a lightweight, smooth-riding frame with a beefy 140 mm FOX 36 fork, Shimano SLX/XT drivetrain and powerful 4-piston brakes for a fast, fun mountain bike that's a ripper now, and ripe for upgrades later.

Don't confuse the Fuel EX 9.7 with other value carbon models on the market – this bike provides an outstanding frame and suspension, with a workhorse drivetrain and wheels
A sleek internal storage compartment gives you a handy spot to stow flat fixing supplies or gear
Bigger, stiffer 36 mm fork stanchions won't flex, so you can push harder with more precise, confident steering that helps you stay on your line
RE:aktiv is smarter, more efficient suspension. It gives you firm pedalling support that instantly gives way over bumps
We expanded our size range to ensure a better fit for all riders. And, you get the fastest wheel that fits your frame: XS frames get 27.5" wheels, S frames get to choose between 27.5" or 29" and sizes M to XL get 29" wheels
